James B. Buck

Owner, Attorney at Law

Mr. Buck has practiced law for 30 years, with a focus on litigation for the past 20 years. He began his legal career in Alaska, working for an international oil and gas company. In 1984, he moved to Colorado and shortly thereafter began working as a prosecutor for Arapahoe County.

In 1988, Mr. Buck began civil trial practice, defending property and casualty claims, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, municipal liability, bad faith, employment law, subrogation, and workers’ compensation. In 1996, he joined McCrea & Buck, LLC. He specializes in general liability defense, workers’ compensation, subrogation, and property and casualty claims.
