Mr. Parnes received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1994, a Master of Arts from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of Florida in 1999. While at the University of Florida, he studied under professors from the Brechner Center for Freedom of Information and published on media law issues.
Mr. Parnes moved to Colorado in 1999. Since then, he has served on numerous commissions and advisory boards for the City of Boulder and various non-profit organizations. He has been practicing in the areas of workers’ compensation and insurance defense since 2000.
