Mr. Rinebarger joined McCrea & Buck in 2005. He practices primarily in the areas of insurance defense, workers’ compensation, and employment law. Prior to joining McCrea & Buck, Mr. Rinebarger was a briefing attorney for the Texas Tenth Court Appeals.
Mr. Rinebarger graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in English and Philosophy and a master’s degree in Philosophy. After several years directing youth programs in Colorado, he returned to Texas and received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Legal Research Board and the Texas Environmental Law Journal, and worked for the Lower Colorado River Authority and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
